Keeps crashing on start up, can't even open at all anymore. Tried to start in safe mode and also completed a fresh install but the same issue keeps coming up. Crash ID as per document is: bp-399a4bdc-e4c6-4208-abe6-e9c4e1170604 I haven't changed anything (plug-ins or windows update etc). Was working fine in the morning, I closed my firefox window and left the computer for a couple of hours and when I came back and tried to open firefox I get the crash report... Any ideas??
