TB 52.1.1 Win 7 Pro calendar worked fine until recently. New event created displays in calendar, sends invites; does not sync /w Google nor 2nd PC TB. Creating new events in Google or 2nd PC syncs to TB on 1st PC.

Have disable/removed/reinstalled calendar plugins, no difference. Suggestions most helpful.

What about unsubscribing the calendar, rebooting the computer, then subscribing the calendar again?

I believe that you would benefit from communicating with the author of Provider for Google Calendar, since it is use of that add-on which is your issue. Click that link to go to the add-on webpage, and check out the links on the right side for "Support site" and "Support E-mail".
