Thanks for the update if things are actually working faster and are more secure.

Anyway, starting a new page (New Tab), there's a lot of items I don't want. Great that I can customize and uncheck them. However, I just want to show my most used sites on this page, and it only shows 12 of them in the 2 rows (max) available. Tons of real estate on the screen is left blank. If I can't have more than 12, I'd at least like to see those sites look bigger.

I know I can show "Most Used Sites" by selecting other things. But the New Tab page is where I think most people go.

Thanks for any support you can provide.

Or you could choose to have more rows on the New Tab page :

Type in the address bar about:config (press Enter) (promise to be careful, if asked)

Type in the search bar and look for the preference :

browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.topSitesCount

And change its value to e.g. 18, 24, 30 (or higher)

Close and restart Firefox.
