Hello. Somehow browser.newtabpage.rows is locked to 3. I can change it, but at next browser restart it's 'defaulted' back to 3. I've changed the browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.topSitesCount and disabled the browser.newtabpage.activity-stream.enabled but it doesn't help? Which leaves me with 24 tiles and before Quantum I had 8 columns and 12 rows.
