Good day, If my question/request is not appropriate for the Support forum then please let me know where I should post my question/request.

My university uses MS Exchange for our email system. I purchased the Exquilla add on for TB to send/receive emails. Will a beta version of TB 58 include the option to setup an MS Exchange email account without the need for a third party add on? If possible, would the TB 58 Dev Team consider supporting MS Exchange email accounts in a future beta release?

Many thanks, R.V.

No 58 will not support exchange. You might want to follow the bug. for EAS https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1437352

But Exchange can operate as an IMAP and a POP mail server as well as the Microsoft Proprietary format that comes enabled out of the box. I suggest you ask your university what the IMAP setting for access to the mail server are.

I can add, that the exquilla author plans to have a version for Thunderbird 60.
