The table needs to be set up for each use.

However, for one particular situation, I often use the same size table for data, so I get around this issue by doing the following. Open new Write message In content area: press 'Enter' key a couple of times to leave a few blanks lines. Then add the table exactly as required. In my case I also create the column headers as well because they do not change. Save as Template in Templates folder.

Then when you need to compose email that needs that size table: select 'Templates' folder double click on email or right click and use 'EDit as new message'

The table will be ready for use and the blank lines you created will allow you to compose email before the actual table.

The original template will be available for reuse.
