HELP! Stupid fingers deleted my bookmarks
I was just in a shared-screen tech session (unrelated to Firefox) and the tech deleted my bookmark folder. It was clearly an accident, but I'm pretty traumatized because 95% of my bookmarks are gone. I still have the bookmarks in my toolbar that I use every day, but my full (important) archive is gone.
I went into my Profiles > bookmarkbackups folder and can see a file called "bookmarks-2018-08-15_xxxxx_xxxxxxxxx==.jsonlz4"
I'd be happy to restore that if I knew how!
Can anyone help?

Note that you can use "Organize -> Undo" in the Bookmarks Manager (Library; Show All Bookmarks) to undo any action in the current session (i.e. you haven't Quit Firefox).
Organize (cogwheel button) is the first of the three buttons on the toolbar in the Library.
In the Bookmarks Manager (Library) there is a toolbar with the Back and Forward button and three other buttons (Organize, Views, Import & Backup).
- first button (cogwheel): Organize
- second button; Views
- third button (star): Import & Backup
