My email provider is changing some server settings that may make it difficult to continue to use Thunderbird, which I have been using for many years. Is there a way to export my emails to another email program, such as Outlook. They have not supported use of Thunderbird for a while, but I was able to set it up to use TB. Apparetly I will not be able to do that in the near future.

Before going to the trouble of exporting to another program, describe what kind of changes are proposed, as TB can very likely incorporate those changes. 'Don't support' is often code for 'don't want to support', not necessarily 'can't work'. Are the changes to do with enhanced server security or 2-factor authentication?
