Did you modify the Content Blocking settings in Options/Preferences ?

You can try these steps in case of issues with web pages:

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)

Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies from websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Options/Preferences).

"Remove the Cookies" from websites that cause problems:

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
    Cookies and Site Data -> Manage Data

"Clear the Cache":

  • Options/Preferences -> Privacy & Security
    Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> Cached Web Content: Clear

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window

Hi Arno78, I notice that the pictures and map disappear if the box is too narrow or too wide. (Screenshot attached.)

There is something odd about the way the box width changes when I make the window wider or narrower. I never noticed this before so maybe they made a change to the layout and didn't bother testing it in Firefox...

Hi Arno78 and jscher2000

That google search works beautifully for me for that restaurant even if i resize (Windows 10, Surface Book 2 , FF 63, no anti-virus or firewall or add-ons of any sort)

Perhaps it's antivirus or firewall?

Cheers!

Thanks everybody for your help ! I solve the problem yesterday : In the settings of Windows 10 "Apparence" of the desktop , it was set on 150% size. (defaut size with Asus setpup on my laptop) I just put 140%, and it appears again !
