UI Bug: Date & time format has extra punctuation now. Looks very sloppy. ie. "12-Nov.-18, 3:21 p.m."

There is suddenly too much punctuation in the date & time field of all messages (in the inbox and induvidual messages). Here is an example: "12-Nov.-18, 3:21 p.m."

- Month - now has an extra period. Should say "12-Nov-18". I'm on the fence about the comma after the year too, as the selected format doesn't necessitate a break after the date. - Time - the extra dots are unnecessay in AM and PM. Should say "3:21 pm" OR "3:21 PM"

This appears to be isolated to only Thunderbird. My current date & time setting are not the issue. It is not a 12h vs. 24h clock problem, as this would still not resolve the bug in the DATE format.

I'm pretty sure this is a UI bug that was introduced in the latest update (60.3.0), but if you know a way of resolving this, please let me know. Thanks.

are you using any add-ons? I have seen one other person with this issue and they were using an apple computer. I would assume it is add-on or theme related as my Thunderbird 60 does not show off date punctuation.
