I know this question has been asked in the past, but I did not find a recent troubleshooting sequence that solved my problem.

I have a Spectrum cable TV account (yes, I'm a dinosaur). MSNBC is part of my package. I like to stream videos of shows on msnbc.com. In order to access content, I have to sign in to my Spectrum account. When I click on "Please sign in", a box appears with various provider names. When I click on "Spectrum", the box closes but nothing else happens. I am not directed to the Spectrum log in page.

I have cleared my cookies, enabled third party cookies, whitelisted the site on Adblocker, and am using Custom Content Blocking for Firefox. Nothing is working. Please help! Thanks.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
