My phone was wiped while it had the 10-Digit recovery codes and the Authenticator app which had the other 2FA codes. How do I get my account back? I've tried resetting the password but it still wants 2FA codes.

Any help would be appreciated even if it is to let me know it is a lost cause. I would make a new account, but the one that's locked uses my main email account.

I don't think that is is possible to get access to this account without 2FA recovery codes. So you likely will have to setup a new account and make sure to backup the recovery codes and/or backup the (decoded) QR code. I don't know whether recovery keys would allow access in this case.
