Firefox doesn't let user choose which smart card to use for authentication, when 2 smart cards are connected to the computer. One is prompted a PIN for every existing card and only then, a popup appears to let the user choose the certificate to use for authentication.

I often work with 2 different smart cards connected to my computer at the same time. When visiting certain websites I want to use one or the other. Every time I try to use smart card authentication I'm asked for both PIN's and only then can I choose which card to use. Firefox should modify the flow to work as in Google Chrome. In Google Chrome the user is first asked for the certificate to use for authentication, and only then the respective PIN is prompted.

Is this a bug or is there a way to modify this behavior?

So Firefox does "see" both cards and does offer the user of which card to use ....
