What pop-ups do you see? Are you actually on the ESR channel, or just on version 68?

To check your channel, you can use the first table on the Troubleshooting Information page. Either:

  • "3-bar" menu button > "?" Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • (menu bar) Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • type or paste about:support in the address bar and press Return

Under "Application Basics", look for "Update Channel".
