SORT BY AFTER APPLYING COLUMNS TO FOLDER

more options

Dear all, when we arrange columns order, and apply columns to folder and it's children, it only doesnt apply how we sort the original folder. for example, i sorted the inbox of my mail account according to recieved date as ascending, and when iapply columns to another account's folder and it's children, it brings all column order, but does not sort as recieved date.

That's right, it doesn't copy the sort order as well. You can, however, set a default sorting order by changing preferences via the Config Editor. See https://superuser.com/questions/13518/change-the-default-sorting-order-in-thunderbird
