We travel to another city where we have a Xfinity WiFi account. We cannot send emails on this WiFi but it works fine on Spectrum WiFi. We contacted Spectrum and they indicated it was a Thunderbird issue. The error message states that the "mail.twc.com" server has failed. Any suggestions? Thanks, Dave

TWC server settings are sometimes hard to pin down. What are your current settings? If the connection security is none on port 25 or 587, that could explain why they don't work away from the Spectrum network.

Try mail.twc.com on port 587, STARTTLS security, authentication = normal password, User Name = email address. Or, try port 465, SSL/TLS.
