Good question here. These come as part of the strict tracking protection mode for Firefox.

You can check the settings by clicking on the 3 line hamburger menu on within the Firefox browser on iOS. Click into Settings and scroll down to tracking protection. Strict mode is available here and is part of that setting.

Firefox 31.0 was released for iOS two weeks ago. So it doesn't seem possible that at least Total Cookie Protection is available on iOS because Firefox 86.0 for desktop released yesterday for the first time with the feature.
