Refreshing FF was suggested as my iMac would take a long time to start. I did try safemode and realized by refreshing, I could add back the addons I want and leave others. But now I can't find my login/passwords. The page is blank! I wish I had written them down, this is a nightmare. I hope someone has a suggestion to help me find them. I have the folder on my desktop of old FF data but it's a bunch of stuff I don't know what to do with. thank you so very much for reading and helping!!!

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox? Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date.

I have located some profiles but none of them have my updated/current passwords, just older versions. I see some passwords from 2019 which is better than nothing but still not enough. Thank you for the articles, I am such a novice that I don't know how to follow along with all the possible instructions. Hoping someone can make this easier, I don't want to give up. Thank you!

Type about:profiles<enter> in the address bar. How many profiles are listed? How many should be there? Also, open the profile folder in your file explorer.
