Hi Renato, currently Firefox extensions do not have permission to modify toolbars (other than to add their own button and right-click context menu items).

In order to restyle the bar, for example, hiding the text so that only the icon shows, you need to apply style rules using a userChrome.css file. I have a general site about this optional file here: https://www.userchrome.org/

Since each person has their own taste, I can't tell you off the top of my head what to put in the file, but if you describe your desired layout in a little more detail, a community member here may be able to help. Otherwise, check out this subreddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/FirefoxCSS/
