I am trying to import a CSV file of email addresses. I have three columns: First Name, Last Name and Email address. In total I have 361 rows of which Row 1 is the headers just mentioned. When I import the file, it only imports a random selection. I cannot work out why it imports some of the data and not the rest of it. Is there a limit to the amount of data that can be imported into an address book at one go?

Try to export your existing address book in .csv format. That will reveal the structure required for a .csv file to be successfully imported into the Thunderbird Address Book. If that structure doesn't match with your .csv you'll need to adjust it accordingly.
