Hi.

  • First,type about:addons in the search bar.
  • Then, in Firefox browser, select ⚙ V(dropdown) Install Add-on from File.
  • Next, go to go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Password Manager 9.0.2, select kpm.xpi file
  • Installs KPM Add-on back/into Firefox browser.

If above solutions cannot working, you can uninstall all Kaspersky folders connected to Kaspersky and Mozilla Firefox. Then reinstall Mozilla Firefox and Kaspersky.
