Hi, I had the same issue recently. This answer - https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1275373 - helped:

1. I found the 'logins.json' file by search (mine is in the C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\h4jmihlz.default-release\). 2. Renamed in to 'logins.json.bak' (can also be moved/deleted). 3. Reopened FF. 4. Synced my FF profile again, which created the new 'logins.json', and now I can see the passwords in the Lockwise again!
