I read through a previous thread about this topic and suspect I already know the bad news. Is it true that there is no recovery option for Collections. Was I foolish to trust that an important feature such as Collections does not have a back up plan? I saved a ton of important information to Collections on my Note 10+. I just finished a warranty claim with T-Mobile. When I logged into Firefox on my new phone, the Collections did not sync. Is this another example of why users walk away from Firefox? I hope not. Thoughts?

Hi

It is currently not possible to sync Collections to another device with Firefox Sync, but this is something we may look to include in a future update.
