Sudden problems with Microsoft Live Mail
I recently started having a problem composing an email message when using Windows Live Mail and wondered if anyone has experienced the same issue. Another person on the Microsoft Help Forum reported the same issue, also using Firefox. The issue is that while composing an email, the window suddenly jumps back to the Inbox. It is very intermittent so a little difficult to test out with other browsers I hate using. Another issue which does seem to be only happening with Firefox is inability to open attachments on the first try.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

I prefer to use; https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/ Thunderbird is a free email application that’s easy to set up and customize - and it’s loaded with great features!

Thanks Fred. I clear my cache on a regular basis and don't think that makes a difference. It happens very seldomly so it's a little hard to nail down
Did you check out the links I posted?
Hi Fred, My Tracking Protection is set to Standard, but went ahead and turned it off for Live Mail. Will see if that helps.
Wouldn't a "feature" cause these glitches 100% of the time though? I encounter the problem of the email composing window suddenly jumping to the Inbox once a week at most. My unopenable attachments problem is pretty consistent though and will look into it further.
