How to I take care of an account that Firefox says has been breached when I did not sign up for that account?

Thank you for the links (that I read before I posted this question.)

If I did not open an account, but I have a breach, how do I fix the breach? I don't want to give the entity that is responsible for the breach any more information. In other words, I don't want to open an account with them just so I can change the password (that I just created to open the account) in an attempt to fix the breach that has been reported.

I have changed the passwords for my email accounts, but I'm concerned that that's not enough–especially since I don't know how my information got into an account I didn't create.
