I cannot find a place and it doesn't prompt me to enter an outgoing email password. We are using Postmark for outgoing as our Network Solutions emails always go to our client's spam boxes.

Passwords and spam do not go together. My guess that you're not being prompted is because TB already has your password. The email is being marked as spam for other reasons. It might be that your email host is flagged as sending spam, or it could be the content of your message - but, really, there are a number of reasons why an email might be marked as spam. If you do have a need to change your password (which seems unlikely since it is sending email, that is at tools>preferences>privacy&security>Passwords

Thank you. I understand that. I am not getting anywhere int TB to enter the password for an outgoing server. That is my question.

I removed the server completely and now when I tried to send the first email I prompted for it. It was not even in the saved passwords before and wasn't prompting for it.

Does that mean your issue is resolved? That's good to know. If not, please advise further.
