I had to paste a model number into the body of an email, and now my text is two different sizes, despite all of it being Arial font in "medium" size. If I try to make the smaller font larger, it makes it way larger than the other text. If I try to make the other text smaller, it is way smaller than the other text. How do I make the text all the same size? Why can't I just set it to a numbered font size value like every other program that deals with text formatting?

Thanks.
