Hello I don't have sound on Firefox. I made all points from article mozilla's about trobleshooting with sound, but it still doesn't works. I have sound on others - Chrome, Edge, Opera. I tried also install Firefox to my laptop and it's the same problem. I turned off blocking of sound in settings. What can I do with it? I very like Firefox and don't image to be without it. Please help!!! Regards Marcin

Thanks a lot. I've just solved a problem. It emerged that was a problem with Window's sound advanced option. I had to change there setting for the Firefox (choose a proper source of sound). But I still don't know why this settings was set in that way only for Firefox. Another browsers was set properly.

Regards Marcin

Hey mf4,

First of all check if Firefox appears in the audio mixer of Windows. If yes, check the sound level. :)

Let met know if it works.
