You know when you grab a tab, drag it out, and make another window? For some reason it's never worked when dragging to another monitor. When I let go, it doesn't do anything, and the tab stays in the original window.

Oh, I can pull the tab out on the same monitor as the original tab, make it a new window, and then move the window to a new monitor. I just can't create the new window on a different monitor.
