To start a screenshot when the toolbar is reduced, either: * right-click > Take Screenshot * Ctrl+Shift+S The reason I mention a print-optimized view is that screenshot tools generally can't capture a scrolling region within a fixed or scrolling page layout, so you want to isolate the message without the inbox, etc.
