With Thunderbird email, the same message has been received over and over for five days now. It was a forward with four attachments. We have other messages we can't access, because only the one message keeps arriving. When we try to do anything, we get a message that says "account is being processed. Please wait until processing is complete to get messages." Thanks for any help with this issue.

Disable synchronization for the affected account: Open Thunderbird and click on the "Tools" menu, then select "Account Settings." Click on the affected account and uncheck the box next to "Synchronize all messages locally regardless of age." This will prevent Thunderbird from continually downloading the same messages.
