I am using "multiple account containers" and when I remove a site from "manage site list" after a while, after synchronization, the site will again appear in the site list and when opening that site will still offer me to open in this container.

How can I permanently remove a site from "site list"?

Did you go through this FAQ: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/containers

Yes, specially the part "Remove an assigned site". I does not work. After a while, after synchronization I suppose, removed site comes back.

If you don't log off other devices with sync those device will have those links and will resync back to the other devices. Maybe log off those other device and resync again. Otherwise you might need to change password to make the change save.

This is not a good solution. containers should know what was the last change and sync appropriately.
