I use an Apple IPhone 14

I recognized Apple charge what browser was required.

I’m having problems with my iPhone 7plus sign in.

I’m unable to gain access to the Apple store to download the Firefox app.

Do you have an support unit that can help problem solve

Hi,

I believe for your iPhone 7 support has been discontinued.

You sure?. The current version for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus according to wikipedia is iOS 15.8.2 released March 5, 2024 and the minimum requirement for current Firefox is iOS 15.0.

As for why the OP is not able to install Firefox from App Store, not sure.

I would try to factory reset your iPhone 7, to see if you can connect to the app store that way. Also make sure you have iOS 15 on updated to the highest version on your iPhone.
