PROBLEM: After a restart of Windows 10 and re-starting Firefox, a Firefox window with a YouTube web page in a tab will start playing unbidden. When multiple Firefox windows with multiple tabs each are in use multiple YouTube videos will start playing. (Only one of possibly multiple YouTube tabs per FireFox window, I believe.) You can click the "List all tabs" (Tab Manager) button at the far right to see what tab play media and possibly mute them.

I think that easiest to prevent tabs from playing media is to load all tabs on demand, i.e. you need to click a tab and to load this tab. These two prefs in about:config control this feature.
