Have 3 or 4 windows open. When working on a window it hangs for a few second, then moves to a different position on the taskbar. Happens on my laptop with Vista and new desktop with Windows 7. Hello Nordhaus.

If you rightclick any task in the taskbar you can select to "pin it to the taskbar". That's handy with Firefox because you'll be able to open it from there, instead of going to the start menu.
