Hi,

What update do you want to install? An update of firefox itself, or an update of an addon?

You can try this:

  • Close Firefox
  • Hold ctrl + alt + del.
  • A window will pop-up.
  • Go to the "processes"-tab
  • Search Firefox.exe in the list
  • Click on "end task" and click ok.

Now try to restart Firefox.

I hope this works.
