I do not recommend using an old version of Firefox with published security holes. I also doubt that using 3.6.6 will solve your problem. You are welcome to try, see Install an older version of Firefox.

An alternative is to turn off using the plugin container for Flash to see if it helps.

  1. Type about:config into the location bar and press enter
  2. Accept the warning message that appears, you will be taken to a list of preferences
  3. Locate the preference dom.ipc.plugins.enabled.npswf32.dll and double-click on it to change its value to false
