I need to load Oracle applications in Firefox. Is this possible? Because when I try to load the apps in Firefox, it resulted nothing or prompts to install missing plug-ins. But Java 6 Update 7 is installed already.

I am running Firefox 4 and Windows XP.

Sorry, I don't see Java in the Installed Plug-ins list in More system details to the right of your posting. Firefox 3.6 versions needed Java 1.6.0_10 or higher to get the Second Generation Plugin for Firefox. You need at least that version in the newer versions of Firefox, and maybe even a higher version.

My suggestion is to install the latest version of Java - 1.6.0_26 and see if that gets Oracle to work in Firefox 5.0.
