Sorry, I don't know what to say, except that Firefox doesn't actually do email. So, that is a support issue with your email program, or if you are using Firefox to access webmail, an issue with the webmail service provider. Now, if you can see that image if you send the email to yourself, the problem probably wouldn't be at your end, but rather the other persons service or email program.
