drop down menus including main browser, flicker and won`t stablize why
The drop down menus ie main browser does not drop down to be able to choose another web destination. it drops and flickers will not stabalize. Or if i`m on Sparkpeople and filling in my Nutrition or fitness trackers the drop down menus won`t stablize so that I can choose the different foods or meals; breakfast lunch dinner etc or exercises or duration etc. They are there but the flicker in and out.
