Sorry I do not think I can help, other than adding some general comments.

The current commonest specific cause of crashes is a component of IDvault, which may be installed as part of Comcast software. There are also problems with malware, and for that you need to do full system scans with up-to-date software (If you try that say what software, and versions you have used).

The crash IDs you have so far obtained do not unfortunately seem helpful. If you follow the link from the bottom of
