I am using FF 4.0.1. A little over a week ago, FF stopped saving the current tabs when I close it out...instead it's saved the tabs from a previous session and does not update those tabs to the current ones. When I restart FF, the tabs that are saved and opened are the ones from the session over a week ago and not the tabs I had open just prior to shutting down my system. Any ideas on what is going on and how to fix it?

It is possible that there is a problem with the files sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

Delete the files sessionstore.js [2] and sessionstore.bak in the Firefox Profile Folder.

If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.
Deleting sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and Tab Groups and open and closed (undo) tabs to get lost, so you will have to create them again (make a note or bookmark them).
