Somehow a program called "mystart incredimail" got on to my computer. It is a program which cannot be removed with the normal uninstall action. They obviously hide many files in different parts of ones computer so that normal anti spyware-malware programs cannot get to it. Companies like this should not be allowed to exist because they take away ones choice as to whether their program can be uninstalled or not. Can you tell me how to remove it.
