Last week I was able to print UPS shipping labels as I had for years, then Friday the labels starting printing too large for the page. Today, same thing with Fedex, priniting oversize labels. I made no changes to the browser settings, what could be the issue?

Thanks, that was the problem. I could not figure out what happened because I didn't change any settings. Actually, I don't think I've ever looked at page setup in Firefox.

That Scale setting is also available in the Print Preview window.
