When I go to "Netbank" via Mozilla Firefox no Norton Websafe signs appear alongside the Netbank web sites although they did so only several days ago. The Websafe signs do appear when going to "Netbank" via Internet Explorer. I contacted Norton Symantec who suggested that problem appeared to rest with Mozilla. My wife and I are reluctant to connect to Netbank when the safe signs do not appear.
