I use Firefox and Internet Explorer as browsers.

My email account is hotmail, when I use Internet Expl Hotmail operates normally, on using Firefox I am unable to access page 2 of my hotmail inbox, there should be arrows next to Go To which are not present.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for taking the trouble of replying to my query.

I've tried everything suggested, the only thing that didn't work for me was the point about cookies, when I went into Tools it didn't say "Show cookies"

I have checked the hotmail inbox and the problem remains, I am running Windows XP.

Thanks for the suggestion. I have done that, no change yet, do I still need to restart in safe mode ?
