Unable to upload a book file to Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing when using Firefox - it works with IE, why a problem with Firefox?
As a Kindle book publisher trying to upload a book file to publish in the Amazon Kindle store (using Firefox), the process gets stuck in "Upload" and of course does not get uploaded. I then have to use Internet Explorer to upload my book files to Amazon Kindle.
Why will Firefox not upload the book file? Other Amazon Kindle publishers have the same problem with Firefox.

is everything up to date?
I don't have an account that would allow me test this myself.
What was the last version of Firefox in which it worked normally?
Can you tell whether it is an ordinary HTTP uploader or a Flash-based uploader? Does the store offer a choice?
i do not use those files. go backwards in earliar versions.
Thank you for your response, jscher2000! I have only used Firefox 13.0.1. I upload a .mobi file to Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing. For some reason, in Firefox it always gets stuck at the "Upload" point, so I have to go to I.E. to upload - no problem there. Amazon accepts .doc files, .mobi files, and I think 2 other file types for upload to Kindle. I use a web-based software which converts my Word doc file to mobi, which is the one I upload.

Thank you, MozillaFirefox911! Yes, I'm using Firefox 13.0.1. I'll probably just use I.E. to upload in future; no problem with upload there.
