Can't load any web page including homepage, ran diagnostic it says "problem w/ Winsock provider catalog" Can u help?
Tried using a different connection, Internet Explorer, still doesn't work!

Check the connection settings.
- Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection > Settings

If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then try to select "No Proxy" if the "Use the system proxy settings" setting or one of the others doesn't work properly.
