I use web AOL for my emails and recently started using the Firefox browser. When I compose an AOL email message, my selected font and size look fine. When I send the email, however, the recipients copy has numerous random font styles and sizes throughout the text of the same message. In addition, when I go back and review my "sent copy" of the same message, the same random changes to the font and size are also in my "sent copy." This never happened when I used Internet Explorer and I don't understand why this continually is happening with Firefox. Any help would be greatly appreciated on how to remedy because I like using Firefox versus IE. Thanks in advance.

The Reset Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to its factory default state while saving your essential information. Note: This will cause you to lose any Extensions, Open websites, and some Preferences.

To Reset Firefox do the following:

  1. Go to Firefox > Help > Troubleshooting Information.
  2. Click the "Reset Firefox" button.
  3. Firefox will close and reset. After Firefox is done, it will show a window with the information that is imported. Click Finish.
  4. Firefox will open with all factory defaults applied.

Further information can be found in the Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings article.
