The past few days I cannot get on to Netflix....Netflix says the problem is with Mozilla...Your browser always worked until 3 days ago...Netflix had me download Google Chrome and it works great for getting netflix...Are you ever going to be compatible with Netflix again...I would prefer to use your browser.

Can you tell what solved your problem?

Your plugins list seems to show the Silverlight plugin (5.1.10411.0).

Didn't that plugin work properly?

Firefox does work with Netflix. Try typing about:addons into your address bar, then going to Plugins, then enable Silverlight, does that work?
